I have only just started to use the yellow toner. The color appear bright and sharp. I can say the ordering was easy, They followed up directly shipping w/in 24 hrs and sending me my automated tracking number. When I has a question by email I was answered the same day. If the product, not OEM but a cheaper replacement toner delivers good quality this will have been a great find.
